Here you see some old taps in the kitchen of one of the restored monumental houses in the historic centre of my hometown. At the beginning of September I visited the building when they had opened their doors for the general public.

Nowadays the premises are rented out to a group of architects who have their offices there. That is why they also have a modern tap installed at the other side of the sink, more practical.

Fortunately the old ones stayed. Well, they have to, because one of the conditions of renting monuments from the municipality is that the building is maintained the way it was after the restoration.

Another photo for Mundane Monday. Go and have a look at other contributions posted on Jithin’s blog.

    • Thank you for your comment, Helen. Yes, maybe little by little I am discovering the photos that I like to take and make me smile. At the moment I am doing a photography course, so who knows what else will capture my imagination. It certainly is an exciting hobby. Have a wonderful day too.
