A fifteen minutes’ bike ride away an interesting project is booming. A former water tower and its engine room have been turned into a sustainable restaurant cum hotel called Villa Augustus.
They serve delicious food prepared with the ingredients that are grown in the kitchen garden between the two buildings. It is fun strolling around and have your tea surrounded by flowers, herbs and vegetables.
On one of my walks through the garden I spotted this ball that reflected the restaurant, some greenhouses and the garden. The perfect frame to show you a substantal part of the establishment.

I reckon you would have a great time there. Last week I have spent a whole afternoon there talking and drinking tea with a friend in the shadow of a big tree.
