Sedum on the waterfront

IMG_3196

On the quays along the marina of my hometown flourish all kinds of plants, especially various species of ferns and sedums. Even guided boat tours are organized by biologists to spot the most interesting ones.

The majority of the plants are difficult to capture from land, as you only can see them from the water. This one grows on the upper side, so carefully I approached the waterside (I am always afraid to inexplicably fall in the canal) and took the picture trying to include a mast to show we are in the marine.

    • Sometimes these things happen. Tomorrow I will post my ‘Opposites’ photo which I think show that different elements can go together.
Glad you like the sedum photo. It is surprising to see how these plants survive in these circumstances.
      Have a nice weekend!
